Come and check out the new dishes on the Sea Circus menu. We think you’ll like them. In no particular order, we have:
Char grilled chicken, quinoa, yoghurt & beetroot relish {super yummy healthy dinner – perfect after a gym or yoga session}
4 crispy balinese spiced tiger prawns, pickled palm hearts, chili & coriander {goes great with a bottle of sparkling undurraga, a group of friends to share and a fun night ahead}
Pan roasted barramundi, tomato & chili jam, cous cous, fennel & coriander {fresh, flavoursome dish – great after a day at the beach}
Baked parmesan dip with wild mushrooms, shallots, rocket & toasted sourdough {our words just don’t do this dish any justice – we can’t really explain it very well, except to say that it is really really good and you should just try it… with a few friends and maybe a bottle of the marlborough bel echo sauvignon blanc to share – perfect for late afternoon weekend catch ups}
Roast sirloin steak with oxtail potato croquettes, mustard crème fraiche & spinach {just epic}
And finally… another vegetarian dish that will even give all the carnivores food envy. Eggplant wrapped polenta, mozarella, basil & cherry tomato compote
