#MYBALIFLATLAY – The Ultimate Bali Getaway

These Terms and Conditions govern the #mybaliflatlay competition. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any entry not complying with these Terms and Conditions is invalid.

The competition is run and hosted by: Sea Circus

The ‘prize’ of the competition consists of:

• Two (2) nights accommodation at The Colony Hotel*
• A dinner and drinks package for two (2) at Sea Circus Bali to the value of
• Shopping spree at Bali Boat Shed to the value of 1.5 million rupiah
• Voucher for Kim Soo interiors to the value of 1.5 million rupiah
• Couples spa package (Mandi-Lulur) 2 hour treatment***

Total prize value approximately $1100AUD

All vouchers must be used within the one transaction and none are redeemable for cash or credit alternative.

*The Colony Hotel voucher is valid for Low & High Season only and subject to availability. The voucher is valid until 31st of October 2016. Black Out dates may apply. Pre-Booking is required. The Colony Hotel is not suitable for children under 16 years of age. The room is fit for max 2 persons. Voucher includes daily

***Bodyworks booking must be made at least one week in advance. Treatment is valid for 2 people only. Treatment can be booked in double or single rooms. The package must be redeemed before October 31st 2016. The massage/treatment cannot be changed to any other type of treatment.

Opening dates and closing:

The Instagram competition begins 10am Monday 28th September 2015 and concludes 12am Monday 26th October 2015. Winner will be selected and announced via Instagram on Wednesday 28th October 2015.

d) The best and most creative ‘flatlay’ image will be selected to win

Entrants account must be on public for the #mybaliflatlay tag to be searched. No other forms of entry will be accepted and uploaded images must be original

a) Competition is open to entrants worldwide who are aged 18 years and over.

b) Direct family and employees of the brands involved are not eligible to enter.

c) Competition hosts reserve the right at any time to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.

d) Incomplete Instagram entries that do not follow each of the steps of the entering process will be deemed invalid.

e) Multiple entries are accepted as long as the entrant has met the entry criteria

a) The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram and the winning entry will be reposted on all of the accounts hosting the competition.

b) The winner has 48hours to respond and claim acceptance of the prize. If the competition winner does not confirm acceptance within this time he/she will forgo their right to claim the prize and the hosts will select the runner up image to become competition winner.

Releases for promotional activities:

Entrants agree to participate in any promotional activities associated with the competition including sharing of the entrants’ image on social media channels

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, competition hosts reserve the right to substitute any or all parts of the competition. In this event, such a change will be publicised on the hosting Instagram accounts and any necessary amendments to these conditions will be made.

Entry into the competition assumes acceptance of all of these rules above and agreement to be bound by the decisions of the competition hosts.
